Insight.

For last year’s Cyber Monday, our client brought something that was a game-changer. The brief was the same as every other Cyber Monday we had worked on for LATAM.

They commented off-brief that, during commercial dates, airlines competed not only against other airlines but against the whole retail industry.

On top of that, in a year marked by Covid, people wanted to buy stuff online, but not airplane tickets.

This off-the-brief information sparked a light and we started looking for Chilean Cyber Monday's most searched products and comparing those prices with prices all over the world. Then it all made sense.

We had to invite people to buy the same stuff they were looking for, but somewhere else. And people would be able to get that stuff, plus an experience, for the same price they would’ve only bought the product in Chile.
